How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning services?
We’ve developed a 3-stage quality control system that we carry out before, during, and after your cleaning session. This ensures no task is overlooked, and you’re completely satisfied with the service. Our quality control is complimentary and doesn’t cut into your paid cleaning time. You’re welcome to be present at the start and end of the session and stay in touch with your cleaner throughout.
What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Our 3-stage quality control system is designed to ensure you’re happy with the service. We’ll go over the tasks you’ve requested with you three times—before, during, and after cleaning—to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction.
